Need a little help :D

Greetings everyone, Im new at modifying my theme, so please be patient. I have downloaded the XP Dark Ultimate theme, loaded it up, everything works fine except one little thing.
The taskbar on the bottom. I wanted all my menu and title bars to be black, hence why I downloaded this theme, but they are the only things not loading properly.

Im using Windows XP 64-bit incase that has anything to do with it. Again, I apologize if its my stupidity that cant work this thing

That theme does not have a taskbar, the taskbar shown in preview is from Ares WindowBlinds Skin, you will need WindowBlinds install and the Ares skin applied to get the look in preview pic of theme.

If I understand you correctly, you are wondering why things like the control panel window, notepad window, explorer window etc. are staying the same? Well if that's the case then what's missing is installing Window Blinds and choosing a Windows theme. DesktopX doesn't skin Windows it instead does a Desktop replacement or Theme and it can be used to develop widgets. Window Blinds skins windows.
