Shareware window blinds

Can you help me i am using a shareware window blinds for windows vista ultimate.I bought the program but i cant find where to put in my code for it in the shareware version.what should i do to fix that? Thank you all for your help and support.

You need to uninstall the shareware version, and then install from the link provided in your e-mail, or preferably through Stardock Central.
