WindowBlinds + Vista = Full glass?

One of the interesting things I've seen in Aero is that it takes a WinFX (I presume) aware application to have one of those glass toolbars like Explorer and IE have. The most striking example being the driver wizards, which are almost entirely glass. Any non-vista aware application gets a dull old grey toolbar.

So I'm wondering, how much do Vista's APIs expose to WindowBlinds regarding Aero effects? Would it be possible to make toolbars, menubars, scrollbars, buttons and status bars glass?

Not in WindowBlinds 5.  Only in WindowBlinds 6 which should go into beta soon.

So it is a planned feature That's nice. How about semi-glass? Having glass over the desktop wallpaper instead of over the underlying windows, like this:
