Bug with hit points

When you hit an anomaly that gives hit points, the new hit points are not recorded in the Stats & Graphics tab of the Civilization Manager.

These hit points aren't added to the racial hitpoints ability but instead to the ship which encountered the anomaly. If you later upgrade that ship to a warship, the extra hitpoints will be useful.
