Error when i load it

i used desktopx for a week until today something started happening. when i try to load it a box comes up and says something like "Desktopx has enocuntered and error and must close, sorry for the inconvenience" and gives me the option to send or not send a report. i have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling it. it is free version btw

try Clearing the Cache.

There is no free version, just a trial that runs out.
