I tried uploading a new gadget. But whenever I hit submit, it loads https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx and presents this:

Hi,

It's (STILL) happening the same with me... This problem began some time ago, I thought this would be solved by now, but, everything is still the same...
I even requested official support, they answered 1 time by mail, but, this is a shame...
This site would have everything to gain that their users could upload without problems. They are mainly made by the work their members freely do to them.
I am trying to upload a dream file (37Mb size) made by their official software, and I'm getting the error message saying my upload is not a valid dream file and therefore the upload is incorrect... All this after a 10m waiting time to the upload reach 100%.
No bother to tell me to use the new upload page, the error was sent by it. If I use the old upload page, after uploading 3/4Mb I get an IE error page saying it can't show the page I requested.
I'm using IE7 (default from Vista) and I have an ADSL2+ internet connection with 24Mb download speed and 640Kb upload speeds.
This is indeed shamefull... I thought on completely abandoning this site, I tried to make another attempt after waiting a few weeks in hope that everything would be alright, but, I think my initial thoughts are correct...

Bye...

Well, I'm just uploading a 600Kb file and my problem is that I do not get any feedback after I hit submit. Just that blank page.

Ok. I remembered there was something about a new upload page so I tried https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx and that gave me an error message saying the preview was in the wrong format.
I had saved it in a png format. Forgot that WC only accepts jpg. The upload worked once I had saved it as jpg.

But the current upload page still lacks error message feedback.

Hi again,

I don't think that the problem is the file size, neither the file type. This seems to me, to be some kind of error on their server mixed with perhaps some scripting problem on their code pages...
However, it is really a shame this is happening.

PS: For the ones that will say this could be a error within my own configuration, well, my answer is, I ALREADY tried on 4 different machines using IE7 on XP, IE6 on XP, IE7 on other Vista installs running with different IS programs and also without them on direct connections (without any kind of router or hub/switch between the machine and the modem) or on DMZ settings, and finally also using a different ISP. NONE of this worked...

Well, my dream file was made by their software, and the preview image is JPG type. However, nice for you that you were able to upload...
