Collector's Edition serial number...

...Not working on the metaverse. Keeps retunring the 'invalid serial number' error message?

Anyone know why? Oh, and I do not have a non-collector's edition serial number to try, can only see the CE serial number.

The CE serials will only work for accessing the CE content downloads--everything else needs a regular serial.

If you have not yet, try entering your CE serial at this page (ignore what it says about being Europe-only if you're not in Europe) to get a regular serial if there isn't one anywhere in the game packaging. If that does not work, you will need to contact [email protected] to obtain one.
