How would you edit a BIK file

I made a race and everything and I was wondering if there is a way to edit a BIK file to animate you're own race in lieu of the other race there when the trade screen and the like come on? Any ideas or clues?

Someone posted some animations on the Library, called Alien Girl, that are actually pretty good. You might want to check it out. Also, someone posted a custom race called the Delean Republic that uses the old Alterian animations.
