Taskbar Autohide Error || Objectbar Error

So, here's the issue.  I like my start bar on autohide.  This gives me increased desktop space usage. 

Issue #1:
The problem is, when windowblinds is being used, and the start bar is on autohide, I cannot always regain my start bar.  The exact problem is that I can only make the bar reappear when I hover over a spot that doesn't contain any data (therefore taskbar will not appear if an icon, button, or window is occupied there).

Issue #2:
This issue deals with the objectbar.  A very awesome program, but I have one issue.  When I try to use the file command open start menu, it blinks open for a second and then automatically closes.  Why will it not open?  If this can be figured out, I can simply replace my normal taskbar with an artificial and still have it skinable (objectbar really does have some cool features.)

I also have the same issue with my startbar. amazingly the similarities are the same. To bring the startbar up you have to hit a spot where there isn't anything there. A fix would be great

I'll take a shot at #2 if you give me more detail.
What element are you using? What version of OB?
What happens if you assign a hotkey and use that?

Well searching and searching, and playing and playing did't help me any. But I did change my WB, and the taskbar problem i was having is gone. It might be certain skins that's all.
