Registration problem

I;ve ordered both download and CD versions.
When I initially went to register the game, I mistakenly put in my order, not serial, number. I corrected that error, but now every time I try to register under drengin.net, it defaults to the order #. If I put in the right serial #, then when I hit enter the top drop down box switches autmoatically to GalCiv, not drengin and I cannot see GalCiv as a download in the software area.
