(DA) Ship Descriptions Not Clearing Out in Tech Tree

I deleted my old ship designs from both the ships and templates folders in DA. However, when in the tech tree, I still see them listed whenever I reach a tech that they contain. Shouldn't these clear out also? Or are there files that I still have to delete?

I'm reasonably, but not entirely certain that I cleared out the files before I started this game. I also deleted my old savegames.
