a quick search of the wb gallery for skins with the word vista in it revealed a dozen or more vista themed wb skins, take a look and download what you need.

WB skins take many hours to make, 40 at the low end. In the 3 years I have been coming here I have never seen a request like this taken on.

oh okay, Well thanks for letting me know. like i said on the post before i don't want to sound pushy or cheeky. All i would like really is a fairy theme. black & purple or Black & Red (colours) thanks for reading.

I've been here for years and no one has ever asked for a fairy theme ...
BUT...

If you go to Skinartistry.com
You will find a Fairy Themed Windowblind by boopish - there are matching widgets and Rainlendar links on her blind. The windowblind is not in the colours you asked for but windowblinds have hue slider option or can be recoloured in Skinstudio..widgets also have hue slider.
