Why not upload them here?  They'd have better visibility (in so many ways).

Please explain why posting material here "would have a better visibility (in so many ways)".

Free sites are always welcome in my opinion

Wincustomize is free to upload.
The site gets tons of traffic.
The dreams (or any skins) can be previewed easily
An experienced community can provide feedback

These are in fact all stolen from the original author.

This user has been exiled and the link removed from the thread.

While we are removing things it would seem that the dream titled "robotica" would need to be reviewed and removed. It is held in copyright by microsoft and most likely the contributor does not have persmission to redistribute nor reauthor it.

Zubaz bets it gets removed now.  Mods don't know everything.  The real question is, "Why haven't you pulled the dream you uploaded without permission from the copyholder?"

I'll step in on this one since I've moderated many of the dream uploads so far.

I can't have seen every video ever made.  So I don't necessarily know if someone is uploading a clip from an IMAX film I've never seen.

However, I do know something is up when 4 different users upload the same video.  It's generally a tip-off that something ain't right.

Our moderation rules on animated wallpaper are still evolving.

There are quite a number of issues that we're going to have to sort out in what to let in and what not to let in.

For instance, non-looping videos. Should those be allowed in? Should high-def video that is distributed on the net be allowed in if packaged as .dream files? It's not obvious.

well stardock has dynamic videos, which aren't looping...therefore I think the thing is dynamic and looping videos should be allowed...
