How Does the Altmeta Work?

How do I go about starting and posting a game there? Are people allowed to play/post with mods?

The altmeta simply reads your games off the official meta. You play as normal and submit to the standard meta as normal. If you submit a game using mods, the Altmeta won't mind and will treat it as any other, but you'll still get a cheat flag on the official meta for it.

Mods arent accepted in the Altmeta sicne you cant start a Meta game with them on. And the Altmeta functions by taking raw data from the Meta.
