DA Campaign: Super Abilities

I've brought this up elsewhere, but it seems it should be in a spoiler free thread.

I can't get super abilities to work in the new DA campaign no matter what settings I change. They don't work for me or for any of my opponents.

Super Abilities are disabled in the campaign.
