If I preorder now, can I get the game now?

Since a lot of beta-tester already got the game i wonder if i preorder now the game can i already download the game or I have to wait till 14 february?

They announced at the chat last night that the game is now "generally availiable" (depending on geographic location, I guess) for download. So galactic conquest is waiting for you right now...

The DA-only package has been switched to regular order; if you buy it now you will be able to download it immediately. I'm not sure about GC2:Gold, but I believe it will be switched over soon.
