Buffer overrun

Hi, I have buffer overrun message when i start the game. I've tryed everything..uninstall and new install but no success.
The exact message ........Buffer overrun detected......files\stardock\totalgaming\GalCiv2\galciv2.exe
Does any body know the solution.

Have you tried patching the game to the latest version?

If there is a file named debug.err located in the folder where you installed the game at, please open it with notepad and paste the contents here.
