Is there no standalone for 1.40x.071?

Just trying to update my game to the 1.40x.071 version but when I go to the downloads section in here it only offers v1.40x.067. Is there something I am missing? Just wanted to know because the game isn't actually installed on my work computer and going through Stardock Central isn't so easy, especially if I have to put it on a flash drive, take it home and upload it, and then still have to go online to activate. At least this is what I believe I have to do. Not sure since I haven't even uploaded the beta since finding out I would have to connect to the internet (and no Kryo, it doesn't take a couple of minutes, at least not on my internet/computer). Also, the file is larger than the 512MB flash that I bought based on the guidance of some who said that the file would be no larger than 400MB or so, but that was back then and this is now... and 512MB won't cut it. Anyone know how to get the 1.40x.071 aside from SDC?

It isn't available outside of SDC, since it is only a compatibility update for the DA beta and has no gameplay effect on standard GC2.
