Skinner of the Month Nominations for 2007?

With the start of the new year comes a new round of "Skinner of the Month" articles.  Last year we only hit 3 in the 5 months it was running because I fell behind and didn't get interviews arranged in time.  This year though I'm trying to get a head-start and lay out several candidates a few months in advance.

That's where you come in.

Post here your suggestions for skinners you feel should be highlighted in this series.  I'll pick through the list and hopefully we'll be able to come up with twelve deserving artists to feature.

How about navigatio? He's a prolific fella and has several new WBAs in the library.
Or maybe Tim Dagger? He can tell us about the business side.

Here's an idea.....supplement that with a Stardockian of the Month so we know a little more about all you guys(and gals) with the fancy backgrounds.

Agreed. Mix up the devs, the backoffice, office folks, and the support team. I keep meaning to do some interviews, just never get around to it. *sigh*

2 possibilities come to mind.
A) Navigatsio - has put out some real nice blinds lately.
B) Patrick24 - A relatively new, young member that has demonstrated enormous potential.

I think if you began with the original skinners, of those who are still around, building up a history of who's who and why they did what they did; and then move on to the more recent in the scene and what made them start skinning! You could intersperse random interviews with Stardockians like Lantec said to make things even more interesting!

Thank you for the nomination RomanDA.
I think it would be interesting to have interviews of active non-skinners that make a difference in the community of Wincustomize and I would be honored to be interviewed. I do not believe though, that with my few submissions to WC (and the GUIChamps), I qualify me for this honor.

I think that you also deserve a mention. I've seen you referred to as "The DX God." That says SOTM to me. You are one of the most active DX developers and you've done a few useful tutorials.

I'd like to hear from some of the newer skinners... maybe alternate from an 'older' skinner to a newer one
