Help with Shipbuilding

Hi

My colonies won't allow me to build any ships. Once constructed, the next item in line gets a "never" for build time. Please help . . . ..

Try ensuring you have the production sliders set to allow ship production. Press F4 to enter the correct screen and ensure the Military spending slider is not registering zero.
You may also need to check the planet to make sure you havent set the planets bias towards something other than military. To do this enter the planet view screen and make sure that one of the top sections (where the production icons are) is not highlighted. if it is just click it again.
Finaly if you have spent all your credits and are too far into the red the galactic bank will stop you from using any credits gained until you have more than -500 credits.
