war ship bug

Which version are you playing? I saw this reported in DA2a, playing against the Drengin; it should be fixed now.

danielost, these ships aren't owned by your enemies. the peacekeeper event occurs when war breaks out - these ships will only attack your warships if you move them into enemy space, otherwise they'll leave you alone. there should be flavor text at least alluding to this, from what i understand. but then, i still haven't touched DA (i don't have the dedication to beta test).

Holy crap, does this mean the U.P. is actually going to enforce the peacekeeping laws? I had a law passed to prevent conflict in the early years of my last game but then like a week later the Alterians and the Dregin were shooting at eachother(of course I parked a scout outside the main conflicts as to watch the Dregin get shalacked   )

They are likely a result of the assasination or diplomatic faux pas event that  sometimes occurs when you spend nothing on espionage for too long.

if it is the UP trying to keep the peace it isn't worth much the ships have an attack of 5 to 8 no defences and the hp are all over the board from 10-50

also why are they only attacking me and not the ai

This is exactly why i never spend anything on espionage... cause i don't want to spoil this event from happening!

If you read all the text for the event, it tells you that they are recieving ships from an unknown source.
