Help me please!

I love GalCiv2, and I bought it just after it launched. I played it for a very long time, but with time I moved on to other games and after reinstalling Windows, GalCiv2 is no longer on my computer. No problem, I just installed the game again. But here is where my problem starts. After downloading the patch, I have to activate it. The problem is, I don't remember the email I used with my serial number! I could play the game in 1.0, but I want the patch. How can I activate the patch without the email? Am I screwed out of my GalCiv2? Thanks for any help you can give me.

You cannot. If you have any slight idea which address you may have used, or any other details you may have set on the account, you should contact [email protected] and see if they can help you locate it.
