Titlebar buttons issue

I'm editing a premade skin for my own use and i've tried a couple ways to put new buttons on the titlebar but everytime I save and try it out, the buttons are the same as before I changed them... EVEN IF I DELETE THE IMAGE FILE!!

Please help me out, I could use some insight

First I'd recommend doing a "Save As" and give it a new name.
Keep in mind you have several instances of the buttons and you have a per pixel section and a non-per pixel section. Under "Window Borders > Titlebar Buttons - Free Form" & under "Window Borders - Per Pixel > Buttons"

I dont see any "Windows Borders - Per Pixel"

And I have already tried Save-As
