Do the "spin" and "bounce" icon functions work?

Just installed ObjectDock Plus 1.5

Cannot get the "spin" and "bounce" icon actions to
work nor are they previewing in the appropriate Window
in the Advanced Options area.

Anybody able to get these functions to work?

I don't believe attention effects work on tabbed docks but they do on normal docks.

They work for me, but as Lantec points out, those effects only work on non-tabbed/standard docks.

Guys, appreciate your replies.

This may sound like a stupid question, but what do
you mean by non-tabbed dock?

Let me explain....

I got rid of the sidebar dock. That was useless to me and perhaps
that is the only dock that performs the effects I saw advertised.

I am only using the dock that sits above the taskbar where you
go in and specifically make "tabs" for each category you want to
drag your program icons to.

Now, you are saying the effects don't work for that tabbed dock?

I had thought it was advertised that it could.

Right Click on an empty space on one of your tabs and choose "Dock Settings" from the menu. This will bring up the ObjectDock Properties window.
At the bottom of the left column you'll see a button labeled "My Docks"......click on it.

Another window should appear with a list of your docks on the left and 4 buttons on the right. There are 2 "Create" buttons.....one for tabbed docks and one for normal docks. Click on the one labeled "Create New Dock"

A new window with the appearance properties will come up, choose your "Normal" Icon Size, your Magnified Icon Size and select a background. You can then use drag & drop to add/remove items and spin & bounce should work.

Have fun

We mean the docks that don't have tabs. The standard/zooming docks. But you can set those to not zoom (I do).

That's a tabbed dock, and you can move it anywhere you want. It doesn't have to sit above the taskbar.
