Destabilization Is simply not there

Wheres my slider???

Ive ben playing for a while, i always knew that i had a missing slider, id read in the manual about this awesome sounding destabilization bar. However my playing style (mostly economic/militant) had never really required that kind of work, my espionage seemed to work well enough. Recently though, iv been trying to get the cultural domination and despite my influence on other planets being at 15+ they dont revolt. The 100% approval on these planets means i can be as influential as i want and nothing will happen. This of course creates huge problems for me. Where can i donwload the patch that will fix this incredibly annoying bug???

It's not a bug--destabilization was removed from the game after the manual went to print (the manual has to be finalized while the game is still in beta, so things like that can happen unfortunately).

Why did they remove the feature? As long as that horrendous 20b economic cap is around, players need things like this to waste money on!

I guess this feature might ruin the 'David and Goliath' challenge. Yea i must admit, it is allot of fun to challenge an AI opponent 10/20 times your size!

Its quite easy to flip those worlds, just keep building star bases with influence modules, two or three fully upgraded ones and not only will your pocket book feel lighter but their planet will also be yours.
