Is it possible to back up DA to disk?

Well, what the title says really, I've got the digital beta download of Dark Avatar and I'm not that familiar with StarDock Central, what I would like to know is if it is possible to make a disk backup of the core program and how you do it.

The reason I'm asking is that a recent update of the beta got corrupted somehow and I had to download the entire program from scratch - what I would like is a hard backup of the unmodified code.

Anybody?

Actually, it's quite possible. After downloading (and upgrading) the Stardock Central software, it'll scan your harddisk for Stardock games. After locating and adding GalCiv2 to your list of games, you can choose to archive it.

Yep. Just right click on DA in SDC and choose Archive Application -> Selected Module. This will create an .sdc archive file in C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\BACKUP which you can burn to a disc or store somewhere else safe.

If you later want to restore that version of DA, just double-click that archive file to open it in SDC, which will prompt you to confirm that you'd like to reinstall from the archive. That's all there is to it!
