Can't seem to get registered

What on earth is going wrong here

Ok, I know how to read letters and numbers but this darned site keeps telling me that my serial number and collector's edition number are incorrect. I have tried capitalizing that which might need it, I have taken out the hyphens. What gives?

The serial number you need to use to register the game with should be 28 characters and contain only numbers 0-9 and letters A-F. If it is longer, shorter, has dashes, or letters beyond A-F, it isn't the right one (you may additionally have a CE serial beginning with GC2- but that only unlocks additional content and does not register the game). In that case please contact [email protected] for a replacement serial or further assitance.

So if your serial number starts with GC2 you have to contact support?


If the *only* serial you have starts with GC2-, yes. There should be a second serial somewhere in the packaging (most likely on the jewel case) which does not start with GC2, but some boxes were manufactured without them.
