Window blinds and Yahoo?!?!?!?!?!?

Ok I am running window blinds 4 I think and everytime I log on yahoo clicking on my menu's or right clicking crashes yahoo. Now I know it's not my yahoo cause I unloaded windowbinds and it worked just fine. All of my other programs work Right. So my question is, is there a way not to load windowblinds on that one program and I can't afford to upgrade just yet so that's out for the moment. Or am I just gonna have to unload it every time I want to go on yahoo?

Yes - in your windowblind config - click on the " Per Application " on the left and add yahoo messenger to the list not to be skinned.

Certain versions of yahoo messenger did this crash thing..I went back to a later version of messenger because i prefer it to be skinned...I use 6.0.0.1922 and you can get any older version of messenger at www.freecreed.com

I think Neil set WB to not skin yahoo, but yahoo keeps changing names of things on updates... so possibly at one point you may get yahoo updates and have to add to the per app again

Your welcome Lorddragon , bichur is right - its yahoo that keeps changing stuff so you might have to add that again after future updates ( which is why I stick to old version of messenger )

This is the first time I've heard of WindowBlinds & Yahoo Messenger having a conflict.
Nor have I ever noticed any problems.

yeah i got that same prob too....thanx for the help....by the way i tried to go to "Per application" and no list came up ....all the other sections come up but that one...


Edit: never mind got me the older version ....
