Minor bug when selecting opponents

When you're first browsing through the potential opponents, they seem to display the same Special Ability as the previous race selected. It doesn't display the correct Special Ability until they are Enabled to be an opponent.

What you see, isn't always what you get! even in the game, you think you have selected one ship, and another ship moves!! Or you want to build a starbase and the constructor you moving around isn't the one that builds it! and i'm like "what the...."

Another case of a variable string not being cleared just happened to me.

In the trade/barter screen, I kept adding techs until the race had no more techs to offer in the trade. So I added one of his planets, knowing he would refuse.

He did refuse, but his reasoning was not due to the planet, but due the previous tech I'd selected. For example, instead of saying "[planet name] is too valuable to part with", he said "[last tech] is too valuable to part with".
