So, you wanna be predjudice eh?

watch out, cuz i'll fight back!

This is one thing I don't understand. Why in the heck do people have to be so darn predjudice? Especailly on JU. I mean i know we all have our opinions about each other on here, but do we really know the true insides of a person? Nah. I guess you could tell what kind of personality some one has depending on what topics the write about, but then again maybe not. Most likely a person that posts humorous blogs is going to put an impression on most people that they like to be funny and have fun with others. But deep down inside you don't know the true person, unless you have known them for quite awhile, but sometimes you still don't know. For example, me and Capt. Cornbread are really close friends. But I had no idea that he was ever good at poetry untill he posted some on here. If someone would've came up to me and asked me if I thought Capt. would be any good at poetry I most likely wouldn've said no. This leads me to talk about the article that was posted on here a couple days ago by imajinit.

It was mostly about how imajinit thought that Sir Peter Maxwell was a lier and a moron. Come on people.......seriously.........can you really tell if someone is lying by just reading their articles?? No! You will never know unless you actually meet the person. So therefore I don't think people should go around saying anything such as someone being a lier, or a moron. The only way that would be acceptable would be if you were just joking around about somebody and they knew that you were. I mean sure, opinions really aren't being predjudice. They are just stating how you feel about a person or what you think of them. But stating that someone is a lier and not saying that you "think" they are a lier are two different things in my mind. But I guess you could say that's my opinion. I will not tolerate people on here putting others down when they really dont' know the true person deep down inside. Back to me and Capt. Just cuz we're really close friends doesn't mean that we know everything about each other. I bet there are quite a few things that Capt. doesn't know about me. So if you are going to be criticizing and being predjudice towards fellow bloggers on here, just know I'll fight back. Trust me, I'll win too! But i know one thing for sure is that i'm not going to stoop down to a level so low just to be predjudice of another blogger or really anyother person. I'm sure there have been times when i've been predjudice towards another person, but i have regreted all of those times. Especailly with Capt. If we weren't friends I don't know what I would do. He is the only "real" gentleman at my school out of all the guys, and really out of anybody. Well this is all I have to say for now. But I do hope that all this criticizing would come to a stop. Untill next time.........

Do you honestly believe that Sir Peter is who he says he is?

can you really tell if someone is lying by just reading their articles??

Why on earth not? Suppose someone here posted something completely ridiculous, but just barely *possible* , like "Yesterday I had sex with Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, and J-Lo. Then I ran a marathon, and found a cure for cancer." Can I *prove* they are lying. No. Do I think they are lying? Yes. When you tell me not to judge whether a blog entry is BS or not, you are telling me not to use my brain. Telling someone they are full of it is a different matter, though.
I can't prove the sun is gonna rise tomorrow, but I have a hunch it will.
Personally, I feel the same way about Sir Pete as I did about Melissa Etheridge after her first album came out (but before she did). Is she a dyke? I don't know. And I don't want to know. Her songs are better when you have to guess. Whatever, all that matters is she rocks. Same with Sir Pete. I don't know what his BS % is, and I don't want to know. It would ruin the game.
I think prejudice is way too strong a word to use here.
People watch too much Court TV. The standard for truth has fallen. People think possible = plausible; no matter how ridiculous your story is, as long as it is possible then it's OK. But that's the subject of another post....

Hey, I agree on the statement that prejudice might be the wrong word. I'm not sure what word would be better but I think it's definitely NOT prejudice.

Thanks for the complements carebear. Just to help further what you said about not knowing each other. When you said that you were part black I had no idea. I thought was just not fair. I mean why can't I have awesome pigmentation too? j/k.

Capt. over and out!

Well Capt. when you think of a word to replace prejudice please tell me. I don't even know if I really made any sense when i wrote it. Seing as the fact that I was half asleep when I wrote it. lol. Well as for the black part........I really don't have all that much in my blood. Maybe something around 1/36 or something like that. But yeah that's why i get so dark in the summer. I guess I'm lucky! lol.

David~ I know that if some says they've had sex with brittney spears would be a lie. But come on lets talk about practicle things that can really happen.

I'll do that. I don't think I'll ever think of anything, but I'll try anyways.

Carebear,

There's a lot of history behind the SPM debate. Yes, you can prove that he isn't always telling the truth--

At one point, he listed the companies that had him on the board of directors--someone, I think it was Karmagirl or JillUser, looked them up and he wasn't even mentioned.

As for the "sir" bit, I believe jeblackstar (I could be wrong) stated that there is a public record of all knighthoods and Sir Peter isn't on it.

*winking* and I talked to his dear friend, Mr. Blair, last night, and Tony had never heard of him. *walks away thinking, she says she can't tell if I'm lying simply by reading**

oh yea, and one last thing--you most certainly can tell if a person is a MORON by what they write. Lying, maybe not, but moron, yup (as moron is an opinion, you and I might not consider the same people moronic).

I am quite certain that everything that everyone writes here at JU is a complete fabrication and I don't believe a single word of any of it.

That, of course, includes what I just wrote.

Do you really have to believe SPM's stuff to enjoy reading it? I find it all quite amusing.

I don't find the majority of his stuff amusing at all--stories about beating your wife into submission and firing peasants for no good reason (and then asking how they should be physically punished) just don't bring a smile to my face--even when they are fabricated.

That said, I don't have to read it, and most of the time I choose not to.

Ok, that threw me into a logistical connundrum (sp?)...so if it's all a lie, including what you just wrote, that would mean the lie is a lie, making it the truth?? Oh MasonM, my brain hurts just thinking about that!

sorry to hurt your head there shadesofgrey.

That was a bit of circular humor on my part

"At one point, he listed the companies that had him on the board of directors--someone, I think it was Karmagirl or JillUser, looked them up and he wasn't even mentioned"

That is totally false for a start, i listed companies in which i am a Shareholder, do you have to lie to make your point?

You can read this for yourselves by clicking this Link

My company is based in the Cayman Islands, there is no way you can prove me to be a liar.

I quote a gentleman from the discussion you refer to "what if he invested into one public company through another pivately held company that he had ownership in? And he actually directed a board of directors as a silent partner/owner? We'd have aheck of a time figuring that one out! Who knows"

If you don't believe me than fine don't read my blogs. If you can come up with evidence that i have ever lied then i would welcome hearing it, if not please refrain from slandering my good name.

Have you not read his articles lately? They're not nearly the way they used to be. I nearly hated his stories before, now I don't mind at all.

Bloody hell woman, if my articles offend you then why the devil do you read them?

If you do not wish to be offended by tales of my life then it really is very simple to not visit my blog, but i know you will visit again. The type of people who are most vocal in their criticisms of me seem to know an awful lot about me. You must know you will offend but you still read all of my articles and then complain you are offended, No one forces you to read my wonderful articles.

If you don't read my articles, why are you complaining? Do you seek to censor me? Are you jealous? Are you that petty you seriously care what i write about? Are you scared other people might enjoy my life story?

Sir Peter:

Will all due respect, if you are real, you deserve to be locked up in prison for the rest of your life. I do not wish to sensor your words, but I would like to censor your actions. I do not condone violence, and do not find comments encouraging violence against women even remotely funny. I find you, whether fake or real, to be vile. That said, you are something like a really gory car crash and people just can't help rubbernecking.

But, the important question is why do you care what I think of you?

"Will all due respect, if you are real, you deserve to be locked up in prison for the rest of your life"

What crime have i committed that warrants life imprisonment? If i were a peasant then i would possibly be arrested (at most) for slapping my late wife but as i am so rich i can act with impunity. I run my family and my empire as if i were Caesar himself.

In answer to your question - I couldn't care less what you think, as i will prove by continuing to write articles that you find to be "vile" I am merely defending my good name, if i didn't respond to attacks on the Maxwell name then my supporters would consider me to be weak. I must set an example to all the young chaps reading this, i am a father figure to many of the men on joeuser.
SPM~ You have my full support. But I must ask........what about all the women on joeuser?? Just wondering since you said that you are a father of figure to many of the men on joeuser. If people don't like your writings and articles then why do they read them. It would make the most sense to not read them if they don't like them. I dunno. Maybe they have something wrong with them "upstairs" or something. Or maybe it's your good sense of writing that draws them back to read more, but they just don' t know it. Would you agree??

Way to go zoo. Way to not know what you're doing or saying. I do that all the time.

Carebear~ I think you are one of those few exceptions in the case of who he is the father figure for. You just need to realize that usually it's the guys that are standing at his side. I just have to stop calling him Peter. I know I shouldn't but I just can't help but be lazy...Wait a second, I could just call him Sir. That'll work.

Sir~ you are going to tell us when you finish up the FoSP site, right?

shadesofgrey~ I definitely don't have anything against you, but if Sir wasn't really who he says he is than what's so wrong with him saying these things? It would be like saying I should be locked up for my stories about Capt. Cornbread destroying a whole planet.

me~ go to bed you fool!!! you're going to kill yourself!

I said, if he were real, he should be locked up.
If it's not true, I still don't think it's funny--but maybe that's cause I've worked at a domestic violence shelter and I'd had clients murdered by their partners--It's just not a joke that I am willing to take part in. Sorry.

Hey that's cool, but you do know that some people don't think of him as being any worse than a cartoon character on Spike TV if he's not real. I mean, I can't prove him true or false myself but either way I like his writing and I'm gonna stay here to see what he does with his popularity in the end.

Shadesofgrey i don't think a man slapping his wife during an argument is domestic violence!

When my first wife found out i had sexual intercourse with both her sister and mother she slapped me, was that domestic violence? Was i an abused husband?

Well, you are wrong. It is domestic violence.
