Does GalCiv2 support the VIA VN800 Graphics Chip

I am interested in buying a Fujisto Siemens 2055 notebook, but it has a VIA VN800 Graphics Chip.

Will it run GalCiv2?

Any help would be appreciated.

The VIA specs page does say it supports DirectX9, but there isn't enough concrete info to make a guess as to how it will perform, beyond that it should at least function properly.
