An evidently crack addled judge gave a light sentence to a 26 year old man WHO RAPED A GIRL FOR THREE YEARS because he SUPPOSEDLY DID NOT USE FORCE when he was FORCING HIMSELF ON the then just eight year old CHILD.
Considering that a man in his mid-twenties merely laying on a small child of eight is 'FORCE' enough to do this heinous act, I wonder just what this judge thinks is enough 'FORCE' to be 'FORCE' in the eye of the law?
The American justice system at work: a defense attorney offers a bought and paid for amoral spiel which convinces a judge that the young man in the suit in front of him should get half the normal sentence for Raping an Eight Year Old Girl because he didn't have to beat the shit out of her to do so. A judge decides that he needed to use more 'force' to deserve a harsh sentence. Meanwhile, the victim, now thirteen years old, cannot bear to be touched or hugged or kissed -- or basically any of the actions that supposedly were Not Forced Upon her, in the eye of the law. I can just imagine the porn--warped mind of this judge taking into account mitigating factors, like the sexy way eight year olds dress these days, and how even toddlers look like the want it...
So the repeat Child Rapist got away off easy -- and the law said there was no force involved... Well, you can bet there is going to be some FORCE involved when his fellow cons shove a broomstick up his ass, rupturing his guts and bleeding his life out his ass!!
I like to joke about giving out the Golden Shiv Award to the con who kills the most horrible humans alive, like Dalmer the gay boy eater and zombie maker. . . I suppose that there are worse things than a bad sentence by an ruptured-rectum-faced- judge with his head firmly in the unscientific past who will hopefully feel the voter's boot on his ass soon, and one of them would be mob justice, which is notorious for just having to kill somebody for them there crimes. Still, this ain't nothing like justice. A childhood slaughtered seems worth more than ten years. Not to mention, the Serial Rapist will get out when he is thirty-six. What are the chances he'll never do this again? Would you take them with your neighbor?
If my eight year old daughter was raped and some judge decided to give him a light sentence because there was no force involved, all kinds of blood would have to spill. Or so it seems far away from violence, in my cowboy movie addled reflections.

Man gets 10 years for repeatedly raping girl--(Journal Inquirer)--A Hartford man was ordered Monday to serve 10 years in prison - a fraction of what could've been a "Texas-sized sentence," a prosecutor said - for repeatedly raping a little girl several times a month for at least three years. The man, Ainsworth Brown, 26, was convicted in a Hartford Superior Court plea deal of three counts of first-degree sexual assault, and a single count of risk of injury to a minor.
