A Skin Requst

Well, I've been waiting for one, but it seems I'll have to request it myself. I'm no good with skinning things and such, but I love customizing. There is one XP theme that I would love and I know would grab alot of people's attention. A .hack (dot hack) theme, based on the .hack games.
