WIndowsBlinds and Windows 2003

Sometimes it works and some times it doesn't

Ok, I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but in the past windowblinds has worked with windows 2003 and I just rebuilt my pc and now I can't get it to work.

It installed fine, I can download skins, and when I apply the skins, the colors change, but the skin does not load

According to the WB page it works on 2003.

Open WB configuration, click system information on the left and copy/paste to here all the info that shows up.

I would update to WB 5.1 and see if that works for you.  Some of the earlier builds did not always copy a required file on Windows 2003 machines.

I am in the process of upgrading, but in the mean time, can I manually install the missing files from my archive

I suspect the file was never downloaded to your PC as the installer did not need it.  All you need to do is install WB 5.1 from SDC.
