Need some HELP!! PLEASE

I am running the Vista skin made by Olegmontana. I like everything about it EXCEPT the color/transparency he used for most windows. I prefer the dark/slate/black one that is available in Vista. Any advice on how I can change the color or darken it??

to make changes stick, they need to be done in Skin Studio.

I have skinstudio. I just can't figure out how to make it look right.
