Trading with myself?

In version 1.4.51, Metaverse, the Terran Alliance (my civilization) shows up when changing viewscreens. I tested the extent of the bug by forcing the bizarro me to give me all my money. He rejected the demand. I then gave up earth and lost it for real.

I'll play around it but it's definitely a bug. I hope I don't run into a parallel civilization late in the game.

I had two Terrans on the foreign relations screen (I was Yor). One didn't have anything, no planets, money, techs, etc. The other one was the legit one.

I wonder if this is related to another problem a user posted. I think he was playing the Terran Alliance at the time. The Iconians called him up to warn him that the Terran Alliance were getting too powerful, lol. Oopsie. I have no idea what the post was called though.

I had a bug along the same lines but I was trading with Yor and also at war with them. I think it happened by me signing a peace agreement with the crushed Drengin that gave me three of there planets, one of which was trading with the robotic Yor. When I got the planet i relised that the trading route was to the yors homeworld, so I took advantage and lunged at the yors homeworld. I took it with ease and with the yors economic world in my line I crushed them.

I think he means trading via the diplomacy screen.

I was able to fix the bug which was causing you to be able to use the arrows on the trade screen to trade with yourself.

CornhuskerMac, do you have a save game that can reproduce the bug of the duplicate civs on the foreign relations screen? Also, you are referring to the screen with all the little race logos that says what relations you have with the aliens, right?  If you do, please zip and send it in.

I'm still going through the bug reports submitted via e-mail, because there were a bunch of e-mails stuck on the mail server.
