When a rainlendar file is .zip, where do you extract it too?

You would extract the Rainlendar skin folder to C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins.

Make sure that the folder you place into the Skins folder has no subfolders. Otherwise you'll run into problems applying the skin.
