can somebody put this mesh to work in galciv2 bescause for me it appears messed up and i don't know much about editing it.

I really wanted this ship in-game... please help

Yeah thats the Star Trek mod, its been avaible for a while now? I use it all the time however in this case I keep importing new ships I have edited for the game in as the human tiny hull so I can see if its ok, tiny because you get it at the start of the game.

Do you mean how I got it in game? You have to play around in 3dmax for awhile tweaking its size, direction and how the meshes fit on. Some did not work real well this version just have two different meshes one for hte hull and one for the engines. I also added hard points. There is a great tutorial out there, the creators of the B5 team created it. But if you want I can send this to you. Right now its the human tiny hull but you can change it to any ship you want or make it a new hull all together by change the name of the x file, again there is a really good tutorial here that can walk you through that process.

thanx aggiejohn, but i finally manage to put the textures into just one file and exported it to the game, the size, hardpoints and direction i've managed to do and i do have the b5mod creators tutorial, thank you guys for all your help!!!
now i can finally play galciv2 with my space above and beyond earth alliance!

No problem, glad to here it. By the way did you create the model yourself of did you find it some where. If so where at? and more importantly are there other scifi models there? I have been looking for some Battlestar galactica models to import, if you know of a good place I am all ears.

go to www.3dgladiators.com forums, they have very good high poly battlestar galactica and other models for download(you have to register, make at least 5 posts to beable to download them) the only thing is they are in lightwave but you can allways convert them... take alook at www.scifi-meshes.com they also have great models there(need to register).
