2 strange bugs

I have 2 strange bugs:
when i start my loaded game all my ships are on a course back to 1 of the planets in my homeworld even though i hadnt set them on such a course when i saved the game...
the 2nd bug is that my Terran constructors have all changed configuration and now look like the core cargo ships with no modules....strange
