What is the error and the address info listed on the BSOD? Write it all down when it crashes, and post it here. BSODs are generally caused by bad drivers or overheating/failing hardware.

It could be your video card overheating/going bad, or system memory doing the same. When you first start your computer back up after the BSOD, you should get a message that 'windows has recovered from a serious error' and a request to send info on the crash to microsoft. Do so, and you should be forwarded to a page on the MS kowledgebase where you'll get any information about this particular crash if it's a known issue (driver problem or something in windows itself). If there's nothing there, then it probably is your hardware at fault.

If you know how to burn a CD from an ISO, you can test your system memory for problems with MemTest86. Just pop over to http://www.memtest86.com and grab the zipped ISO of version 3.2, burn it, and boot from it. It should be farily straightforward and if it finds any problems, you'll know it.
