Lineage 2

So I just bought and downloaded the new program I heard that is suppose to work exceptionally well with MMO's. I buy a nice new 19" for my Main PC to move my old one to my 2nd PC and all .

Well my problem is I can load Lineage 2 on the Main PC that the keyboard and mouse are all hooked up to just fine. But when I switch over to the 2nd PC via move my mouse over and Launch the Program I get to the login screen and both PC's Mouse/Keyboard freeze and I have to hard reboot the PC everytime. If the Game is in windowed mode it has the same effect so it has to do with the program being able to convince the game that the mouse/keyboard is local instead of not there like they truely aren't. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. They both have Windows Xp SP2 with all the latest drivers for Video and the game updated to the newest client.

Someone has to play Lineage 2 or know a little bit about it. I'm trying to run 2 PC's with Multiplicity and Lineage 2 and it just freezes my PC when I try. I need a little help here please.

Are you actually in the game when it happens? Or does it happen when you're just at the login screen? I have the game, but I don't have two accounts, so if it only happens when you're in the game I can't help... but if the login screen will do it, I'll try just to see if it's just something with your machine.

It happens when the 2nd PC Loads and is at the Login Screen. Doesn't matter if the 2nd PC is in Full Screen Mode or Windowed Mode it freezes both PC's as soon as the 2nd PC Fully Loads to the Login Screen. Now the 2nd PC can run the game OK not Excellent but it can run the game just fine.

Ok nothing has changed and I'm starting to think I bought a worthless product because it's not working like its advertised. Both my Primary and Secondary PC's Completely Freeze and I have to hard reboot it. Can someone please give some Tech Support here.

Wow! this issue has been around since, at least, Sept 2006 and it hasn't been addressed.

I just ran into it myself. It's true. CoH/Cov and Lineage 2 do not like having multiplicity running. The combo completely hangs the system forcing a hard reboot.

Just because you haven't seen comments by SD does not mean it hasn't been worked on.  And remember, teh problem very likely can be caused my the game developer, not Stardock.

Found a solution. MaxiVista kinda crude implementation but it works. Wish Multiplicity would work...
