Fast Skins............

Alright here's the problem...........my computer is like 5 years old. I'm running on Win Xp/Pentium 4 w/WB 5.01. Here's the problem I like Per-pixelated skins but they often slow my computer by a tad-bit. Are there any GOOD/GREAT skins that are known for making your computer run faster?

Help me out here.

Hey Princeneptunes, is this the same system from one of your other threads with this graphics card "RAGE 128 PRO Ultra GL AGP". Which WB system info says does not support per pixel.

Since you can't because of your graphics card run per pixel skins, and even though per pixel skins should have all the parts skinned for non per pixel, if some cause slowness those skins may not be complete for the non per pixel which may be the issue.
The graphics card you have is only 16 MB, these days built in graphics are 64 MB.
With my system, 2.4 Gig celeron CPU, ATI 9200SE 128 MB graphics card, I sometimes notice slowness on a fully per pixel Start menu.( 2 or 3 second for it to draw.)
Another thing that could be causing slowness is your system, how long has it been since you last defragmented your hard drive. Even when analyze and Windows says no need to defrag, it is amazing how much difference a defrag can make.

what's defragment?

  We have a winner!

Go to start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter

Before doing that though I would clear out all temp files and temporary internet files...
