About the planetary bonus tile bug that is in version 1.3

Hi all, I've just tested the Planetary Bonus bug that is reported in version 1.3, I just thought I'd report my findings!
I selected the 20% Planetary Bonus (on a gigantic map with every setting Abundant!) and tested this on several saves (re-loading and re-starts).
I can confirm that the Bonus is NOT applied to your homeworld even though the planet class says it is.
On new colonised planets it does work altough there is the odd rare time when an extra tile is created but the planets class does not reflect this. It was however very rare (about 2 in 10).
On a lighter note all of you at Stardock are to be commended for your support to your customers, it is very rare these days to find any devs that care after sales. I'm looking forward to the Dark Avatar!
