Okay! Now I after reading all the comment! What's wrong with fx. StealthOS, Cyrix WB or M7 Grey Seven?;) They are very userfriendly!:) Specially Michael Brandt's M'series is very nice to use!

Common, let's go to the best skin over all (or the most talented skinner - artisticly and with most windowblinds technicity) and all will be said ... In all cases i think treetog is the one who is (still LoL) the better one on a lot of points, and who has inspired a lot of other skinners (and skins ...) Though (in my point of view) i'll say that Thunder Storm should be the Best Themed (as icons), most useable, and best over all, Antares should be the best Power User and most creative. When that said it leaves two categories : Most minimalist and best pseudo OS. If you look closer to the skins, (even if i'm not fond of it just because i prefer the others mentionned re-LoL), Mini OS is surely the most minimalistic skin. And for the pseudo OS skin i think there's only ONE skin which might goes in the categorie, which is Pixel8 by essorant Of course, i'm enjoying a lot of other skins (think for example of a few terrible skins by Z71 - Resolute and all of them in fact, danilloOC, ^^Gabriel with the incredible G-Pod, bOse - with still a few bugs coming partially from languages troubles, Boxxi with Stik after same languages corrections needed ... and a few other ones) Though, official judges do your terrific job and do it WELL (and quick )

Overall, and after using almost each and every one as it was uploaded, HFN Saphire is awesome! Most different, and many of these icons I'm using now, as well would be d3A. Congrats To All!! -Joey*-
