Help with Stetz windowblinds maximisation problem

I rediscovered Stetz, Snidely's port of a skin by Brewman, I think. One problem, when maximized there is a gap at the top which makes double clicking to restore a little harder than it needs to be.
This issue was also present in brewman's Rebutz2 skin, but he fixed it. I'd love if he, Snidely or anyone who knows could tell me how to do it, so I could just go into skinstudio and try to fix it myself. I posted here because I didn't know if anyone still read comments from 2yr old skin submissions.

Hey SHOTT3R; I just downloaded Stetz and am not experiencing the problem you have. A maxed window goes right to top of screen. If you have had the skin for awhile, it may have already been updated.

Thanks for the reply Cavan1. I only just downloaded it again today. Try this, double click the Caption bar to maximise, then move your mouse to the top of your screen, and click. Notice you are not clicking on the window, you have to move the cursor one or two pixels down to do so. Hopefully you can replicate the problem and it's not unique to my setup.
