URLs in flyout menus

How do I put urls in to a flyout menu?

I did a search and didn't come up with an answer. I'm sure it is simple but I missed it.

a fly out menu is a menu of maps...
you make a map with the things in wat jou want...
than put your mouse on the dock click right mouse select add entry/new flyout menu...
then by folder select the map where al your stuff in is click oké en thats it
p.s. I'm from belgium my englisch isnt good:S
