Foreign Policy Window Bug

I was playing through the game and realized that the Pie chart that displaces the distribution of power in the Foerign Relations Window did not update. can you guys help. Thanks.

It is a known issue where dead civilizations will still show up in this pie chart. Is this what you are referring to? If so, it has been fixed for the next update of version 1.3 beta. Thank you.
