My profile - want to change my E-mail

I want to change my E-mail I first post when I registered, I tried it but no change.. I pressed on "My Account" then "Mange My Account" and then I presses "Personal Info" and then they told me to log in with my stardock net account which I don't know if have,

cause the only account I have is the one I registered here (in www.galciv2.com) so I put my user name and password.... ************************......Master U......... and

it load my personal info, and I didn't see the E-mail change line, so I changed my sex cause it said Female/male to male, and then it said: log in again with your stardock net account, and I said: "oh well, I know my stardock net account" so I put my info and then:

Error, username or password are incorrect, again I put my info and "Username or password are incorrect" so what do I do?!!! I can't change my E-mail!!?!?!

If you're having account issues, you can try contacting Kris at [email protected]. He should be able to fix whatever has gone wrong.

THe quickest way would be to drop by the IRC channel for here and speak to one of the devs there. Milksama is normally there and may be able to sort it for you via a private irc chat.

Small question regarding e-mail: is the galciv2 account also linked to the serial Ids associated with the same e-mail? If it is the case, that could be a nice way to update the e-mail linked with serial id. It is possible that you aren't keep the same e-mail for a few years. In that case, all serial Ids you own will be unusable if you aren't able to update your e-mail.

yeah! thanks DG, Mike helped me alot, my official E-mail is now [email protected]! (please don't send me spam, I get like 30 spam messages in one day!)
