Problems Activating GC2

When opening GC2, after updating it, the game needes to be activated. When I putin the # and my e-mail I get an eror message. This is the Text that pops up with it.

What is going on because I have always imputed the same # and e-mail throughout instalation/regestering with Stardock for other things.
