Still graphics bug to european users

Before the sun and planets turned black to european users, it has been fixed in patch 1.3 beta 2a. But now I cant see the spaceships weaponfire, Ive to change my computer to U.S layout. Hope you will correct this in the next patch.

Are you saying that the weapons animations do not appear in the combat viewer, or on the main map (or both)? Please be as specific as possible when reporting a problem

Please post your debug.err file too as well. This file can be found in c:/program files/stardock/totalgaming/galciv2. Open it in Notepad and copy/paste the contents into a post here on the forums.

This will help us see what your settings are and why there might be a problem.

A couple things to try:
1. If you switch to US English settings, are you able to see weapon fire?
2. Please make sure the "Instant Battles" option is not selected for your "Battle Length" option in the Options screen.
